Broken / Lost Key

We can supply keys for most makes and models.

For replacements on lost or broken keys, please quote the engraved number on the key when ordering.

Occasionally we are unable to get a replacement from quoted numbers. Should this happen, we will require you to send us your actual key for match-up.

For lost keys, please send us your ignition barrel. The barrel will then be stripped down and a key matched up. Price includes one new key.

Prices as follows:

* £7.95 per key for simple straight replacements if you quote your key number over the phone.

* £14.95 for a replacement key if you need to send us your actual key for cutting, if there is no stamped number or if the key number does not match.

* £35.00 for barrel strip down and match-up including 1 key, additional keys £7.95 each thereafter.

Due to popular demand, we now only send keys/barrels out using our usual courier service, this is to avoid any problems with lost keys, it is also for security purposes, since the envelope holding your new key has your address on it, and any potential bike thief would be VERY happy to get their hands on that! The service used is 1-2 business day Small Packet at an extra cost of £8.50

When sending us keys or barrels, we also strongly recommend you send them Recorded Delivery. The reason being that we cannot be held liable for losses should you use standard 1st or 2nd class postage. It is also recommended that you securely wrap any barrels you may send, to avoid damage in transit as again, we cannot be responsible for inadequate packaging resulting in damage on arrival.
