We are happy to accept returns whenever possible, but there are certain items/circumstances where we cannot issue refunds (please enquire). We can not issue refunds on helmets after they have left the premises (we are unable to know if a helmet has been dropped or damaged internally after leaving the premises). If you change your mind or a product is not suitable, please return it UNUSED and in a resaleable condition for a refund of the item only. We do not issue refunds on carriage or return carriage.
