Parts that are not in stock are to be paid for at the time of ordering. - This is due to customers ordering parts that they never collect, leaving us to pay the bill!

Parts that are ordered correctly by us are not returnable or refundable.

This means, if when ordering your part, you tell us your bike is a 1998 CB500S and don't give any other information like a frame number, then what we order is 'correct' according to the information you have given us . If the part then turns out to be incorrect to the one you actually meant, we CANNOT return it or refund it. You NEED to provide your frame number, in this instance.

Vague descriptions don't work either, things like, "The rubber thingy that goes on the end of the fork bit" Please be specific if you can, we understand not everybody is a bike mechanic but it would be REALLY appreciated if you could help out a little bit with your description.

If you order parts over the phone, please have your Credit/Debit card details ready as payment will be taken at the same time.

Mail Order: We are happy to courier parts & accessories out to you if you wish. All items mailed are securely wrapped and packaged but we cannot be held liable for any damage or loss that may occur once an item is sent, unless you have requested an insured, trackable service such as our 1-2 day Courier service or Royal Mail Recorded Delivery.
